How we protect families
Five principles that guide everything we do.
These are not marketing promises. They are the practical commitments behind every decision Daresni makes.
Verified educator philosophy
Every educator who joins Daresni goes through a review process before their profile appears in search results. We do not operate an open marketplace where anyone can list themselves without scrutiny. Families using Daresni should be confident that the people they find have been considered, not simply self-registered.
Our verification approach will become more rigorous as the platform grows. We are committed to implementing formal credential verification, background checks and professional reference processes as Daresni scales. We will always be transparent about the current state of our verification process.
Secure booking process
All bookings, payments and financial transactions take place within the Daresni app — not through third-party links, not through direct bank transfers, not through arrangements made outside the platform. This protects both families and educators, ensures accurate record-keeping, and means that disputes can be properly addressed.
We will never ask families or educators to complete financial transactions outside of the official Daresni app.
Privacy and data protection
Public educator profiles on the Daresni website show only information that educators have chosen to make public: name, photo, subjects, qualifications, experience and reviews. Personal contact details — phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses — are never displayed on public profiles.
All private communication between families and educators happens within the Daresni app. We collect only the information necessary to provide our service and never sell personal data to third parties.
Professional standards
Daresni expects all educators and institutes on the platform to maintain the professional standards that families deserve. This includes punctuality, communication, accuracy in profile information, and appropriate behaviour in all interactions.
Educators who receive consistent negative reviews or who are reported for conduct that falls below professional standards will have their profiles reviewed and, where necessary, removed. The integrity of the Daresni community depends on consistently high standards from everyone in it.
Community trust
Daresni's reputation is built on the honest experiences of the families and educators who use it. Reviews are submitted by verified users who have completed actual sessions — they are not curated, not filtered for positivity, and not removed unless they violate our community guidelines.
We publish both positive and negative reviews because honest feedback is what makes the platform trustworthy. A platform that only shows five-star reviews tells families nothing meaningful.

Daresni will not claim to have verification systems that do not yet exist. We will not overstate our safety guarantees. What we commit to is something simpler and more important: to be transparent about where we are now, and to continuously improve our trust and safety systems as the platform grows.
